Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  • Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated.

Cancellation by Taj Universal Trip


  • Taj Universal Trip reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment processing.
  • Customers will be notified of such cancellations and a full refund will be provided.
